Inside – In this blog post, you will learn how to crochet the Forked Cluster Crochet Stitch with written instructions and a video tutorial.
The Forked Cluster Crochet Stitch is one of my favorite stitches to add diversity to a crochet project. The “legs” of the stitch straddle between two separate stitches. This gives the crocheted fabric a mini zig zag effect. I’ve used a rendition of this stitch in the Brioche Bun Scarf + Pot Holder Crochet Patterns. It’s a happy day to bring it back with the Rainbow Crochet Blanket Pattern! Curious about the Rainbow Blanket Pattern? Learn more here.

Reasons to love the Forked Cluster Crochet Stitch
- Uses a beginner crochet stitch to add dimension to your crochet project
- Gives a mini up + down effect to the fabric
- Condenses the stitches together to create a thicker fabric (aka an extra snuggly blanket!)
